Their internal marketing team is responsible for driving brand awareness, generating qualified leads, and supporting business growth through data-driven marketing initiatives and automation.

As the company continues to expand, they are looking for a highly organized Marketing Specialist who can execute marketing campaigns, optimize HubSpot, and keep marketing projects moving efficiently from concept to completion.

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and execution-focused Marketing Specialist to join GlobalTeam and work directly with our client.

In this role, you will serve as the operational backbone of the marketing team, coordinating campaigns, managing marketing automation in HubSpot, supporting social media initiatives, tracking performance metrics, and ensuring projects are completed on time.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys both the technical and operational sides of marketing, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes ownership of marketing execution while continuously looking for opportunities to improve processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate internal marketing initiatives from planning through execution.
  • Manage the marketing calendar and ensure campaigns are delivered on schedule.
  • Maintain and optimize HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, workflows, automations, and contact databases.
  • Build and manage email marketing campaigns, lead nurturing sequences, landing pages, forms, and marketing reports.
  • Execute and coordinate social media activities across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Coordinate the creation and publication of blogs, newsletters, case studies, lead magnets, and other marketing content.
  • Collaborate with designers, freelancers, agencies, and cross-functional teams to execute marketing initiatives.
  • Track campaign performance and prepare KPI reports for leadership.
  • Monitor lead generation, email engagement, website performance, and marketing analytics.
  • Maintain marketing documentation, SOPs, and internal processes.
  • Identify opportunities to improve marketing workflows, automation, and operational efficiency.
  • Support additional marketing and business development initiatives as needed.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing coordination, marketing operations, or digital marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub (required).
  • Experience creating and managing marketing automation workflows.
  • Experience building email marketing campaigns, landing pages, forms, and lead nurturing sequences.
  • Experience managing business social media platforms.
  • Strong understanding of inbound marketing and lead generation strategies.
  • Experience tracking marketing KPIs and preparing performance reports.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a remote environment.
Bonus Points For
  • Experience with Google Search Console, Google Analytics, or SEO reporting.
  • Experience with WordPress content management.
  • Experience using Canva for basic marketing assets.
  • Familiarity with ChatGPT and AI productivity tools.
  • Experience coordinating vendors, freelancers, or external agencies.
  • Previous experience working with B2B companies or professional services organizations.
