- Connect component lead wires according to specifications
- Adjust and trim materials to achieve required electrical characteristics
- Crimp, solder, cement, press-fit, and secure parts during assembly processes
- Operate equipment used for alignment, masking, potting, encapsulating, epoxy application, and color coding
- Read work orders and follow production drawings and sample assemblies
What You Need to Bring to the Assembler Role: - Positive attendance history and strong reliability
- Excellent finger dexterity and hand-eye coordination
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality parts
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to read and follow work instructions and production documentation
- Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is helpful but not required
- Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply
